It often comes with challenges, including the fact that 1 in 5 women will experience symptoms of postpartum depression or anxiety. I specialize in counseling moms who are experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, experienced birth trauma, and those who just need some support during this season of life.
As a mom, I have become passionate about helping other moms thrive. I've had the opportunity to take advanced trainings specific to counseling moms navigating the perinatal and postpartum period and helping treat postpartum depression, anxiety, or addressing birth trauma.
I am passionate about seeing families thrive, and I know the demands of motherhood can make it hard to be the women we want to be for ourselves, our spouses or children. My goal for our work together is to provide you with a safe space to just be and to voice the hard or scary thoughts so you can move towards healing and wholeness.
